When we launched the schools White Paper The Importance of Teaching on 24 November 2010 we asked schools, local authorities and other interested parties to send us their initial thoughts and reactions. Thank you to all who took the time and effort to do so.
The comments we received ranged from short remarks and observations on specific points to detailed responses that covered the majority of the content of the White Paper. They gave us a very useful snapshot of your views to take on board as we develop our plans for implementing reform.
