Scope note / definition

The networks, known as LLNs, are regional partnerships of universities and colleges. LLNs aim to improve and make sense of opportunities for learners on vocational programmes to be able to enter (progress into) higher education (HE). Funded by HEFCE between 2004 and 2012.
